3 EASY NAIL ART DESIGNS WITH A TOOTHPICK....

Aaaaaalrighty so today's post, which also happens to be my first post, is going to be about 3 easy nail art designs done with just a toothpick! Crazy right???? :D WELL THEN, LETS GET STRAAAAIGHT INTO IT SHALL WE????
1.Easy Peasy Polkas:
Okie, so if you are very new to the nail art world, then its best to start off with something basic. Polkas are not only probably the easiest nailart design, but also soooper cute. Also, they are almost impossible to go wrong with!
Soooo all you're going to have to do is dip your toothpick in different colours and place dots all over your nails. That's it. Literally. I don't even bother with a base colour for this design but if you plan to use neons or pastels then its best to start with a white base. It will make the colours pop. Keep on placing dots till the whole of your nail is covered. Let the dots overlap to get a more fun effect. After you're satisfied, apply topcoat and you're done!!!

2. Polka Inside a Polka:
OK what??? The name sounds really weird but the design is reeeaaaallllyyy pretty. So start off by painting your nail a base colour and then place different sized dots all over the nail with another colour. After they have dried, take your base colour and add another dot INSIDE the first one. Confused?? Here's another pictorial!!!:D
Make sure the dots are 199% dry and then apply topcoat to give your mani a lasting finish!3. Adorable Mickey Mouse Nails:
You know what they say, "SAVE THE BEST ONE FOR THE LAST!" Ha!!
As always, paint your nails your favourite colour (I prefer red for this mani because MICKEY MOUSE duhhh) and then make the usual polka dots using the toothpick with another colour . But this time make 1-2 of them larger than the others. After you're done with that, place two smaller dots directly above the larger ones to make the ears. MAKE sure they appear connected and TADAAAAA Mickey Mouse nails complete!!!!!! Don't forget to topcoat!!! :D

4. Flower Nails:
OK, so I know the mickey mouse nails were supposed to be the last ones but if you want something even more challenging (I like you, you little rebel) then this mani is it!!! Begin with painting your nails a base colour. Then dip your toothpick into your second colour and begin making flowers. The easiest way to do this is to use the stippling (up and down) motion. You can do this design with just two colours but using more will just add to its beauty! Complete the design by adding some small dots randomly around the flowers. Topcoat your design when you're happy with your flowers!

If you've made any mess around your nails, you can quickly clean it up with a q-tip soaked in nail polish remover.
